Do I need to boil the gammon first or shove it in raw with cider? Leave overnight turned off to soak or owt? I'll be out tomorrow for 8 hours if I fill with cider before I leave it won't burn out will it? Randomly I got 1 for Xmas

No you don't need to boil it first
Just put it in the pot before you leave with the cider and walk in to an amazing smell when you get home
Won't burn out I promise

I've not had anything on for a while, think I'll go for a nice stew for the weekend and a curry for Monday maybe.

Can i have the cowboy pie info please?
I've got lamb shanks in mine today, pots, celery, little chilli, mint, stilton blue. Having roast parsnips, stilton mash, carrots and brocolli with it.
Got a 700g slab of stilton from tesco fpr 20p that needs using, hope it tastes ok. (not used all that in this lot though)

We had one - it was so nice i could of just picked it up with my bare hands and rammed in to my face. Was so nice. Was about £15-20 though
