I read a comment by a journalist last week that said it gets so bad that it goes full circle and becomes good again. Reminds me of this!

Finished the A10 cockpit tonight, usually i just straight paint the insides but tonight i took it a step further and applied some techniques, dry brushing, thinners with black and some ageing

A bit of info for people regarding the real life GAU 8/A gun on this plane
It fires 30mm rounds at 4,200 per minute. Thats 70 rounds PER SECOND.
To give you an idea here is the size of just one of those rounds
Thats a 20mm alongside a 50 cal round. The actual ones are 10mm BIGGER then shown in that pic
Against other rounds
The plane was built around this gun, here is the entire gun with magazine next to a Beetle for size reference.

As I said in the other thread, final results look cracking, Steve
I'll be sure to keep an eye on future builds and make a comment now
Remember when my uncle had some big shells like that, totally awesome

Old dear has that cabinet. She tends to keep things in it which are the correct size for it and doesn't make it look stupid. Like dolls and shit, you know.
