il have you tanks and manifold if you split it mate. but would be a waste. mine is the same costs afortune. but you have built a car its a great achievement. im near 20k on mine now and iv still got a bit to spend yet but people say wouldnt you rather spend that money on an evo or sumthing, i say get stuffed anybody can buy a fast car but not every one can build 1. keep going you will get there in the end

only reason i get annoyed with it is because its my everyday car so without it i have no transport, and on minimum wage i cant afford another car.
going to change the crank sensor today and see if that helps

If the relay is flicking over and over then it sounds like dodgy wiring on that loom somewhere, maybe a loose earthing connection amongst it somewhere?

loom has been removed and refitted. relay has been replaced and thats all working ok now, it just seams as thought the ignition timing is out and thats why it not running, but it all looks spot on

But if it was running fine and then not it can't be the timing unless there were any changes made surely?

i no that feeling. all when they run ok but when your taking the bus it all seems abit
is it worth it? depends on the smile you have on your face when its running

if you management is like mine if the tps more out then the whole map is out and it would put too much fuel in.
took me ages to find it on mine but just gave it a quick tweak and it started again. if you know what the voltsge should be on idle you can easy set it back up

so its getting air, fuel and spark but its still not running?
have you checked compression? even with the cams 180 degrees out and ignition timing out by 30 degrees it will still fire up and run if you wanted it to (not very well though)
check the compression and the fuel pressure.

compression is ok 210psi per cylinder
fuel yes
spark yes
air yes
its sparking at the wrong time, and flooding itself, then back firing back thought the tb when it ignites. its run a couple of times now very shitty then floods itself and dies. will get it over to jamsport and let them do there magic

is it running a hall sensor on the dizzy?or is it a coil pack type?sounda like the timing is out.and iirc theres 3 sensors which control that.crank sensor/hall sensor/and knock sensor.

its got a DIS pack, and the only sensor it has to control the ignition timing is the crank sensor which was replaced today but didnt solve it.
the only sensors on the engine are, coolant temp, air temp, TPS, crank sensor

Is there a vacuum hose? An air leak on the inlet?
