Andrews black one (pick4ds mate) was quicker up the strip at santa pod when we went then my gsi with the mods etc. Only reason I was keeping up was the less gearchanges due to the higher rev limit and his was standard minus rear seats and an open cone filter

this one is mapped, and quicker than a standard one (feels anyway) seems a very strong engine, and does 117mph in 4 th

with a set of cams, should rip

question's why mine is only got 153bhp with throttle bodies, and drives like shit, this feels alot quicker from tick over to about 5k!!

top mounts opened up with grinder, to fit new top mount

all old top mount parts removed, and new one fitted

which caused a massive issue with how much lower it sat..

so had to rasie the coilover to full height...which is lower than before!!

just need to set everything up!

I had to get some springs that were around an inch longer to sort that problem out with the height when I bought mine.

Yes but they are noisey. Avoid any sort-of bumps in the road possible or you're knacker the bearings in them too. Because there is no rubber in the top mounts they make loud thudding noises when hitting bumps etc.

Brilliant for handling though .

Yeah they do knock a fair bit but not too much. I find the standard bearing that come with them are crap, but Rally Design sell better ones.

That sucks, knowing what it is now; everytime i see it in sittingbourne makes me go "ohhhhh".

I also chuckle when i see it on london road squashed within the family cars.
