Trust me paul, im not one for making shitty excuses to get out of doing things
The only reason i feel i should maybe start it after xmas is just that im thinking it would be pointless to not see it through?
I most probably will be carrying it on to see what happens though. Atleast you all now know when it comes to december 16th that iv got a genuine reason to stop the program

one of my main reasons for doing p90x is to be in competition and out do you lot

Also has nobody had the balls to post before pictures yet? I know i havnt but im thinking about it just for a laugh.

There you go then J4M13 stick at it till 16th of dec! you'll be past 60 days by then.

I'd post before pics but they'd probably get photoshopped by someone I'll post some at the 30 day marker to show the difference between before and after 30 days. prob do same at 60 and at 90.

You don't need to tell me Paul, I just want to get fit but finding that intial motivation to go out at 6am in the morning and do some gental jogging to build the strength back up in my legs is very very difficult, especially when I'm on MSN night and day talking to you.

I was wrong about my elbows/arms being sorted. Got up this morning expecting my legs to be killing me but they are fine and its my arms that are even worse

Im going to have to take some painkillers before tonights workout and probably 10 scoops of no-explode

my muscles are hurting more now from Mondays workout than yesterday, struggling to move my shoulders :O

jogging wont get you far...

p90x is where it's at. I work harder doing 1 session of p90x than i do on a hour and a half run.

p90x won't turn you into hulk hogan... for most people it'll just lean them up / get them into good shape.

I personally don't think i'll gain much size. You can control the effect by the weights you do anyway... High weight, low reps = size, low weight, high rep = toned / lean.

Love the 'ache' feeling the next day. Reminds me of when i used to train properly. Ab Ripper is a ball ache though, had trouble getting out of bed because my abs wouldnt lift me up.
