What was the game called where you had a little metal ball and you had to get it through all the obstacles

lights-a-live! quality that was! also that questron thing i can remember the pen thing but what was it you had to do? i remember it having little metal bits at the point that you touch on the book and the lights flashed. can't remember any more than that.
