It's only 6 months old that one or it would be a different colour. The built in one was going to be too small so didn't bother with it. That won't go back any further either so can't put a door over it sadly.
Dining room wall is going to get painted same colour as living room wall.

I'm not sure about the satin paint on walls never have been though, missus dads house is similar and I much prefer Matt but that's me.
Coming along well though I really like the kitchen.
Living room radiators gonna struggle to do much with the curtain piled up onto of it.

Few tasteful things to go on the wall IMO and that would be perfect. However it's your house, do what you want

I'm not a fan.. I think it looks like someone has done a trolley dash through The Range and TK Max.
I prefer to live in our cold and soulless shell of a home

The hallway of my flat was a similar shade of red when I moved in. Dear god it took a lot of effort to get rid of! Whenever I do any work now, traces of it still show up to haunt me

I like it. Your home is the place to express your personality, whether that be minimalist or extravagant.

I agree, your own home should be styled however you want it

Red 12 done. It is red, although it doesn't seem to photo as red as it is. Odd. Liking the big clock a lot.

Makes me think of a VTS logo
Please change the thread title to bought instead of brought, it makes me rage like Ben every time I see it

I actually wanted a massive wrought iron style clock with loads of stuff on it. This is simpler and has grown on me however. Probably made the right move in the end.

Like so, probably would have been too much as the style of the coffee table and tv stand is more modern I guess.

Looks great nic - maybe do you dining room to tie into the kitchen colours (i.e not red)
We have slightly different themes through our house but red does look good

That's the shed i am looking at ordering. Wanting double doors on the 10ft side to make it easier to get in and out with cycles. Just waiting on an email back.

If you are putting your bikes etc. in it I'd go windowless if poss.
Also drill out the heads on all door hinge screws etc.
Sorry if that's obvious but I know someone who had his bike nicked from his "ultra secure shed" with 3 locks, when the thieves just unscrewed the hinges.
Yeah....me.

I'm cementing in some chains to the concrete floor also which should help. It won't be windowless that's just the picture that's on the site. Interesting about the hinges though. Shit news that, definitely don't want that to happen.

Yeah. You'd think it was obvious but it had never crossed my mind they'd bother to do that.
