Angel Heart - 7/10
Typically 80's and had an intriguing story but it just felt like it was lacking something and could have been better.

Thor - 6/10
I didnt actually realise most of the actors kept their roles through to the avengers, a nice bit of continuity.

Hunger Games: Catching Fire - 7/10, pretty good visuals from what I had in my head from the book. They missed quite a few subtle but imo important bits from the book. Glossed over the district 13 stuff which becomes much more important.

I really didn't want to like this film. MMA to me is like some homo erotic orgy that at times is so cringeworthy seeing two grown men with their legs wrapped around each other that I'd half decided this was going to be a cheap film aimed at the chav generation. In actual fact it reminded me a lot of The Fighter and Rocky Balboa. all characters believable and the acting between Nick Noltie and Tom Hardy almost made me think I was watching a recent Clint Eastwood film.
Really surprised and I can see why it gets such good reviews.

Harry Brown - 9/10
I wasn't expecting it to be as realistic and gritty as it was. Quite a few Game of Thrones actors in it too! Would have been 10/10 if he'd have had a pump action shot gun and worn a belt of bullets around him.

It was slick enough but as an MMA fan probably about as stupid and cringeworthy as it possible could have been.
