The reachability thing's quite good if you remember to do it, helps with the screen size. I can't imagine how ridiculous the Plus feels

it does a bit. Main issue is its too wide and the round sides both make it too hard to hold, but any thinner width wise and sceen size would be daft

Had a look at the 6 and 6 plus today, the 6 plus is HUGE but the normal 6 looked nice, may make the change next year or whenever I break my 5s.

I laughed at this when I saw them first reveal it... but it's so damn handy! No pun intended. Using it all the time
This model is definitely more slippery than the iPhone 5S though.

Yes it does feel like it's a bit slippery, I need a case on it asap but as said previously there are few if any out yet

Anyone know if you can get a lightning cable that splits off to a car charger and an aux line? I've got one of these for the old type of connector but can't see one for the new one. Better than having to plug 2 cables in so would be cool if I could get a lightning version

I doubt such a thing is possible - the new connector is purely digital and the old 30-pin connector had various inputs like analogue audio.
I think you'd need something like this to get it to work: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/like/271408075116?limghlpsr=true&hlpv=2&ops=true&viphx=1&hlpht=true&lpid=108&device=c&adtype=pla&crdt=0&ff3=1&ff11=ICEP3.0.0-L&ff12=67&ff13=80&ff14=108&ff19=0

Definetly recommend the Apple leather cases, yes there expensive at £35 but at the time of release that's all there was but its actually really well made. Doesn't mark easy considering it's genuine leather and looks really good on the black phone, also keeps the slim profile of the phone as well

I'm interested in them over other cases particularly because of the soft backing. My 5 looks shit because the cases I used trapped dirt behind it (cleaned weekly!) and rubbed the finish off, being a black phone it showed up all to easily.

I bought the leather case for the 5s and was really disappointed by how quickly it marked.
I would likely go for the silicone version this time.

I had this problem with my old 5 always on the corners to, checked this the other day and so far it's fine. Not a mark on it, had it on since release day. As for the case marking there light marks as you'd expect on leather but looks fine still. They come with 1 year warranty to so if its excessive they'll replace it.
I did get the silicon one they do originally, nice stiff case and being silicone felt more secure in your hand by they don't do a black case it's grey and it made the phone seem real chunky and big. So I swapped it for the leather and much prefer it. I've not doubt the silicone would hold up better to being dropped but the leather will still protect it.

Went for a white phone this time to avoid the marking issue. I'm sure space grey would be ok but I'm fancying a change anyway.
Not tooo fussed on the leather case marking as largely mind is in a pocket or on my clean desk at work. It's only going to suffer I think on dropping which most would also suffer from.
Going to check proporta now to see if Barbour do cases yet

Been waiting for Speck to release their cases for the iPhone 6, nothing on their website. Went on Amazon and they were selling them so I bought one. Seems a bit odd they are on Amazon and nothing mentioned on their own website but hey ho!

Got the Apple olive brown case.
Gunna set it all up in a minute. Got a new Apple ID a few months back, forgot the password. Reset it about 15mins ago and forgot it already

I do like the olive brown just played it safe though and went fior black. I'm the same as you though either in my pocket or a clean desk or work top so marking isn't an issue.
Defiantly worth the money great fit and feel got to love the smell of leather to

My Speck case has turned up already. Really nice tight fit, just like the one I had on my 4S. Doesn't make it feel much bigger either. Don't feel like the phones going to slip out my hand now

Anywhere to pickup an official case apart from Apple? In the center of the city and nowhere sells cases.
