Filth.
7/10.
Think it would be very hard to follow if you hadn't read the book. James McAvoy was brilliant in it though.

Demolition Man 9.5/10
Loses 1/2 a point as the version I watched had Pizza Hut badly edited in instead of Taco Bell

Just watched hours, very simple yet effect movie.

Ending was obvious but emotional. Good acting by Paul walker. Still can't believe he's gone.

Is it based on a true story? I know the hurricane itself was but unsure on the father and baby bit.

8/10.

Another few kids films today.

Rise of The Guardians - 8/10 - pretty good actually. Collection of mythical things have to convince kids they are real to stop the bogeyman fucking shit up.

Escape from planet earth - 7/10 too, never heard of it before, it again , not bad really.

Fast & Furious 6 - 6/10

Now I've stopped laughing, it was good to see the usual characters. Almost starting to feel like a TV series than a film series. Few more cars in this one compared to recent instalments which was good, but I think the OTT crashes and stunts need to be reeled in a tad before the films enter Segal territory. Prime examples were the anchor and Dom flying through the air to catch Letty

6 out of 10 purely for entertainment value.

One more because I think it warrants it

Dom flying through the air was a personal highlight. The missus and I just laughed.

Dallas Buyers Club - 7/10

Another good film but one I'd rather have watched at home, cinema didn't add anything and it wasn't exactly fast moving.

Also watched Captain Phillips, was good. Must anger the ships so much that they can't just have a gun turret. Would end the problem.

Hunger games catching fire 8/10. Really looking forward to the rest of the series.

Jennifer Lawrence makes my willie twitch in this film.

Gravity - thought it was bollocks. 6/10.

Lovely to look at, story was poo - basically 90 minutes of Sandra Bullock on a string being a giant yo-yo in Zero-G.

"Single character stuck in space" concept done better in Moon.

The Call - not a bad film considering it is two hours of two women talking on the phone. end kind of spoils it so 6/10

I would rather lose by a mile because i built my own car, than win by an inch because someone else built it for me.

Captain Phillips - 9/10. Great film with superb acting especially Hanks.
American Hustle - 6/10. Don't get the hype, boring.
Gravity - 7/10. Best suited to 3D cinema as it loses a lot on the tv.
