Honestly just cause I've done a race or two it doesn't mean i'm any fitter, I got lapped by the lead racer at cannock!

That's what we do at the moment is ride as a group. Just wait at the end of a section for everyone to catch up then move on again

I'm 6ft on a 20inch.

You need to go and try some tho. Don't go to Halfords either. Go to a decent bike shop.
