Christmas eve 2007 was day the stripping started, so just short of 4 years.

It's coming out the garage for a wash today hopefully!

Hamish, managed to get the inevitable leaks all sorted over the weekend.

Then got the clutch and brakes bled today and got it outside for a good wash.

Sounds odd at idle, doesn't sound like a 5 pot, is it just on a base map for now?

I imagine it's going to sound epic on boost!

Robin, it's on a running in map now, then will be going down to Dave Rowe for mapping once got a few hours / miles on the engine!

Exhaust vid, you can't just hear the turbo starting to spool, I imagine it will sound a tad more savage when pick the revs up a bit!

Videos dont do the actual sound justice!

Hamish seen these pop up in the for sale section and realy liked the look of them so he picked them up.

Think they have a look of the works wheels, and are the perfect size to take some proper tyres!

They are Mercedes AMG Penta 9x16 et 11. He's going to cut the raised centre off that holds the badge and have them powder coated white.

He is also in talks trying to get hold of another set of wheels which he has been chasing for a while. Have to wait and see if that deal comes off!
