While Dan has been sorting the engine out, and trying to work out the small problem he hit with the crank getting caught on something when spinning... (water pump?) i have been a busy boy... heres the pics..
Its not yet finished but ALOT of fabricating work is on the list....

Had to slice in half to get it in, but has all been sanded down now and looks smooth 1 piece.. dont have pics that far up but have these:

was wondering when i saw the box if orignally doing it for weight saving, but i guess now theres potential to really drop it on its arse?

Yes think the oil pump / crank turning problem has been sorted. Think it just needs to wear itself in being new and all.

Broster - Simply didnt want it all flat and it meant alot more work and loads more box section... i wanted to keep the shape of the floor mainly anyway and im very happy how it has turned out... 
Now can you hurry the fook up and get me a price for fuel system!

Im not going to say really, i dont know, i dont think it will be finished anytime soon im just going to work on it when i can and get it done that way. Now that nothing much else has to be purchased.
