the electric one in my first corsa went.


Would be cruising at 70 and it would just drop to zero and ping back up again


Mine was just a loose connection though

this on is stuck all the time - even if you disconnect the battery, so there cant be any voltage/earthing problems

whoop fixed the speedo

took the clocks apart, forced the speedo back to 0, got it to 57mph again (in 2nd) stuck

pushed the speedo to 140mph, turned igntion on, rewound itself to 0mph

now works spot on, saves £95!

arches trimmer to stop scubbing

sound deadening, started to remove

dewipered

think need to paint the bung silver...

rocker cover dismantled to be cleaned/breather holes moves

Must say after sunday the C looks to handle rather well and go well

Didnt realise you wanted a lil race when I came next to you I was a bit slow at changing down

doesnt handle to bad tbh, feels well hooked up, lots for feel back, easy control able on the egde

goes well to, is a tiny bit faster than a corsa d sri 1.6 turbo, even to over 130mph

Yer on the roundabouts it seemed to have as much grip as mine and didnt look like it rolled about or was out of shape


What suspension is it on?

fk fixed coilovers

bit of a harsh ride, want some nice irmscher shock and spring, for a nice ride

mind you, the 40 profile tyres wont be helping at all, it a bump/pot hole, you realy do know it!

yer my first corsa had 16" alloys and 40's harsh was definatly the word when combined with gmax springs and shocks

Honestly Warren, try AP Coilovers, ask anyone thats been in the Polo how good they are.

Not crashy, not going to rust within a week or seize up and only £365 quid.

I may have a set of the Irmscher lowering springs for a C available very soon Warren? Depends on who buys the car but I'm likely to be taking them off this coming weekend...
