i can appreciate the potential for jokez with the whole mrs, and it will always be taken in good heart and i find it amusing at times, but i think its wearing a little thin now, and getting a bit predictable

Anyhow, nice A10... I like the metallic effect on the gatling gun anf exhausts, but the undercarriage is too dirty again in my view.

i go over the whole lot with a rubbing of clean white spirit that takes the edge off the black when all the glueing is finished

Do it, then go over it with some fine wet&dry, make it look like it was originally owned by some tacky yanks then bought by a small private airforce who never bothered to maintain it.

i quite like it, matter of taste i suppose one thing the camera does make it look worse/darker though

that last pic was taken without a flash in daylight the 'darker' ones with, under lights

i would fix them to my bonnet and go for a drive around the Harlow smog, that would weather them nicely.
