This arrived to me today, as no one would be available to collect it at marks. A few issues with connectors and sizes but its looking good.

Built up the system in mock form to see if I actually worked it all out correctly..

You wouldn't think that costs what it cost, but that's 90% of the fuel system right there.. Minus the hose obviously.

Bulkhead fittings, right angle connectors, straight connectors, all chosen and put together to cater for a different area of the system. The pump and filter in their own billet aluminium cradle, it's all so lovely and high quality.

The keen eyed among you may note the lack of a fuel pressure regulator, or indeed the adapters to take the -6 fittings into the standard LET rail, mark has the adapters, and the FPR will arrive at a later date.

Oh and put a connector onto the stainless braided Teflon hose. Just to see how dificult it's going to be.

The answer, not very but will be time consuming to make sure each one is right...

Yup, Dale is running more than that on his one pump mate.

All bought from
Torques on eBay, swirl pot custom made by him

One of the companies on eBay doing them ends are fair bad fitting and leak a lot. I ended up having to replace a few and get ones from Speedflow.

Cheers Nic, appreciate the concern. This company provided both Dale, and Bigron on here, as bought from their recommendations, so hopefully will be ok

If that is the Bosch 044 pump they will do 500bhp per pump , the fittings are a cunt to do if you re use them ,as I changed some of my system and didn't want to pay £10+ each so tried re using them, you keeping standard tank and having swirl pot in boot?

An 044 will do 500hp safely all day.. Anything above that the advise twin 044, I don't know personally how much over 500 it will do as I haven't got that far yet lol...

As for toques parts, great price and quality, Alex is a great guy...

I would use -8 feed to 044 from swirl pot like I did.. Also those forged 90 deg's are crap for flow...

Need some sort of tool.

Also boost hose I cut a hole
For sits at wrong angle from the tophat so
Going to have to get creative to use the same
Hole.
