Ive gone for a take on the pork and apple today.
Pretty similar to kerrys, just added a big glug of red wine vinegar, a large spoonful of wholegrain mustard and half a pint of stella cidre
Smells amazing and its only been in about an hr and half on low

Well, Rib-Eyes were very nice.
I cooked them probably 2 hours longer than needed (total of 6 hours!), but that was due to being out for the day.
Even still, they fell apart, was succulent inside and VERY tasty.

-Steak Rub
-new potatoes
-onion

The meat looks good. Seems a bit of a cop out zapping a tin of beans to go with it though??

Oh aye, something ive found, new potatoes in the cooker, say if you cook them with some meat, when its about a hour to go, turn your oven on to 220c, heat a dish with oil in, once smoking hot add the whole new pots, turn after 20mins, remove after another 20, perfect, lovely roast potatoes.
