drives decent yep. like a tall big car. its a massive 20cm longer than my bmw, and about 10cm wider.

plans so far that I've thought of...

lowering
18" bbs lm reps (too cheap to buy real ones)
side bars
fit side windows
insulate the back
fit carpet (partially done in places already)
fit black and white chequered floor liner
fit clear indicators
fit wind deflectors
change back lights
half decent head unit and speakers
get factory removable rear seat
fit centre console cup holder box thing
extended gear lever
rear bumper protector strip for when getting bikes in and out
intercooler, larger injector nozzles, egr blank and a re-map

probably some other stuff i will think of.

Haven't really decided yet. Got bungee cords and a ratchet strap sorted but need to see how it works with the back seats that is in it now really. I can fit 5 bikes in it with the wheels out no problem, as my mate has a t4 so it's tried and tested.

got some stuff

its now got temporary bass. rear end of the van is getting re-done over time so its not a permanent install of bass. sub box fits almost under the seat that was just the last photo i could be bothered to take. lol.

gave it some clear front indicators at a whopping expense of £5.50 isn each side from euro car parts. looks nice imho.

ordered egr blanking plate and some wind deflectors. need to figure out what lowering kit to buy for it next.

thanks.

Thats perfect size and fitment for the van (unless you wanted to go staggered?) Just need a set of 66.6-57.1 rings and a set of tapered bolts which we also stock

Do you mind me asking what it cost? Only because my mate reckons his is worth at least £2k. But I don't.

Seems to have done 200 miles to 1/4 of a tank. Pretty good on fuel, in fact better than my BMW!

yep, both sides. there is a local company that does it for about £120-£150 per window including fitting so I'm led to believe.

Thats not bad. How long before you fit a fold up bed!

George Clarke had a couple on the other week that spent £40k turning an old VW Camper in to their ideal motor home.

yeah I've seen some really really smart full converted ones. pay a lot of money for them though. i think i could turn the inside into a camper for reasonable money, but as it stands now id prefer a day van for biking reasons.

also pretty sure judging by the guest house my girlfriend has just booked for a weekend away in a few weeks that she won't want to be camping in a van in a field anytime ever..........
