Well their very similar to the X18XE1 which was in my corsaB but I reckon from research their VERY tunable.

Decent inlet (ebay rep) with good exhaust system (inc manifold) with cams remapped approx 140-160BHP there.

But I hopefully intend on:

Performance manifold with either ashley/piper/custom exhaust

Enclosed induction with ebay rep inlet manifold

Eibach 35mm with bilstein shocks and uprated bushes

lightened flywheel and uprated clutch

Cams & pullies with managment



Or i'll get forged internals and supercharge it...

I'd say sell the corsa and buy a pre-done one!

Much easier, specially if you know the seller etc.

anyone know much about tappets? car sounds a bit tappy at cold, but once it's warmed up it's fine, think it's been starved of oil a bit, damn dipstick is shit

I'd do a wynn tappet treatmeny. Follow the instructions and may/should help sort the problem

Probably just a slight case of sticking on cold.

changed the a tappet on my 14xe after trying all the treatment stuff which i didnt think did anything at all. only took about 30 mins and it sorted it right out. dont know anytyhing about corsa c's though or how bad it is so you can probably use the stuff and see if it works but changing the broken tappet will definately sort it. if there same as the x14 / x16 ive got 15 spare
