Got a pork shoulder rolled joint, with a pork fillet wrapped in black pudding in the middle, think thats thurs meal, looking forward to it.

Wash the rice first or it goes really shit. Also don't just do 1 portion (80-100g?) as half of it will end up crusty on the bottom : lol:

Got one on the go at the minute, chunks of topside beef, bottle of real ale, stock, various root vegetables and some other seasoning. Will get some pics later and report back tomorrow.

Pork fillet wrapped in black pudding wrapped in shoulder. Cooked for 7hrs with onions, sweet potatoes, apple sauce, pork stock, mustard seeds and few other herbs.

Took the sweet pots out and put them in the oven to crisp up nice.

Blitzed the liquid with the onions in the reduced it and passed it thru sieve to make silky gravy.

Very nice. Though i dont think i'll do a joint like that again as it was a pain to get all the fat off.
