Absolute hero. His humility is something else, such a genuine guy.

Redgrave wanting to be there to see his record broken then congratulating Hoy. Sums up the class of the man.

dunno if this has been mentioned.

Alistair Brownlee's 10k was only 1m20 slower than Mo's and if he had run that time in the 10k m final, he wouldnt have come last

I don't think that can be under-estimated, that is almost super human.

They can swim a mile, cycle 25 miles and then run a 10k time that would have been good enough to be a participant in the 10k Olympic final. Ridiculous

I lolled when I seen a black American swimmer

They had a programme on why black people are so good at running, they should have one on how white people are good at swimming and dressage.

They had this stat on BBC.

His swim was 3-4 mins slower

His cycle was 9 minutes slower than Wiggins olympic time trial (olympic time trial was also 1km longer)

Same here mate.

Funny when they're all boo-ing though to start it off. Then after 4 laps it gets annoying.

Where I live, no. Nearest to where I was born is Harlow and thats the one they painted for Laura Trott, incorrectly.

So in answer to your question, Dave. No.

Edit - shocking spelling on my part.

There is one where I'm working on Albert Square in Manchester but also my little home town got one over the weekend. Probably our biggest claim to fame since Wallace Hartley went down with the Titanic.
