This is looking very nice Steve. I'm really impressed with it and the transformation from when you got it.

Think you'll find that joke has already been done by someone far superior to you.

Ok so heres an update of what iv been up to,
Stripped the doors off

Washed them down and wrapped them

Wrapped these bits up the sides and put new nuts in

Rear door plate

Sprayed it a shade of Racist Black

Then removed the two vent flaps

One hinge pin was rusted solid so had to angle grind it in half

Then put the doors on, new hinges etc

Fitted that trim plate I sprayed on

Work lights bolted back on

Then wrapped the vent flaps

Good work. What are the insides of the doors like? As in, where have you done the wrap to? Have you covered all the green that shows on the inside of them?

Great work Steve. Is the wrap quite thin stuff? Never felt it before. But the finish looks as if it's like cling film. I imagined it would feel like electrical tape.
Worth about £8500 now imo

It's thin but strong. Not really felt a material like it before to liken it to. Also when you heat it it forms and becomes malleable

A few updates today, new door handles arrived, will be nice to be able to open the doors now

Then decided to try and wrap this bulkhead around the air vents. Stripped the car down as much as poss

Several hours later...wrapped!

its not 100% amazing but considering how fiddly it was I think its come out ok

Looks good that, I can imagine it being very annoying and tricky. Good work so far!

Are you allowed to fit a bar to your bumper? Is that not like a bull bar which is banned in the uk?
I would change those work lights for L.E.D ones at some point I reckon. Reckon a full roof rack would look good too.
