It's just ugly and unremarkable IMO.
We are all welcome to them. Please make some decent 1940's piston engine aircraft

started the BAC tsr-2 today, plane will be white with hardly any weathering so nice and clean as this plane never really got used much in real life, however i do need to use the weathering technique to realise the panel gaps.
Heres what a piece looks like before i weather in the panel details
Finished and sprayed up
Some other bits iv done

Are you spraying the bodies first, white, before doing the 'weathering' and then overspray? Is the wash paint + thinner?
Really liking some of these If you get some free time, perhaps you can start doing them at cost for people....

yeah ojc and his B17 is first, for 100 quid
the way i did this was to first do the black wash, then wipe off with the cloth/thinners to leave the black in the gaps. The black looks a bit overpowering though so a light coat of white spray over the top dials it down a little aswell as provides a better finish for the rest of it
got most of the body loosely assembled if anyone wants a look, not glued together yet as it cant be

I hope it's gloss white.
I would rather lose by a mile because i built my own car, than win by an inch because someone else built it for me.
