Had a read through the link you posted Ben, I now know where 4 plates go only 10 left hahah

Not done much today as I'm ill and if I'm honest really couldn't be arsed today went into the workshop anyway got the engine bay ready for the strengthening kit to be welded in next weekend then ill make a start on the filler work.. Only got a couple of pics

Plate welded ready for filler..

Also welded another plate in the n/s corner where there is a massive hole on Novas for some reason

And another bodge of the old owners... His welding was that shit basically all it done was melt the wire and stick it to the panel I was dreading grinding this nugget down it was hidden right in the corner out of reach of the grinder luckily as soon as I touched it with the die grinder it fell off

Good thing about nova engine bays is they are already quite smooth, only a few plates to weld in and a few brackets to move and it will look sweet

Spent 11 hours down the workshop today got plenty done! Welded all my strengthening kit in apart from rear axle plates, couple more patches welded and a bit more stonechipping done feel fucked though!

Another patch after seam sealer/stonechip

Tie rod plates in and all stonechipped

Me after 11 hours of grinding and welding
