got fook all done on the car over the weekend. found a place a stones throw across the road from where my unit s that has a rolling road though so car will be going there soon so we can have a play with it on the rollers setting it up. far easier than getting it trailored to jamsport(sorry mark ) might bring it in when its done but this is far easier for me to get it on the road

feeling pretty down right now just got my top oil feed bolt for the turbo got it all on started it up and the turbos not spinning. Great . Took bottom oil feed off and its full of shit like crusty rust which is most likely in the sump now. Think its the insides of the turbo that i thought was a little bit shagged so need to find another turbo now and take the sump off and get it all flushed out. Praying its not done any damage to the engine if it has then im not too sure what im going to do pretty safe to say it wont be at trax. Just cant afford it now. Fucked gutted doesnt even come close .

i really do feel your pain. nobody can cheer you up. the only thing that will is hearing it run again and knowing its ok afterwards.

get the oil drained out as soon as you can. whip pump off and clean it out.

i dont think it got too far tbh the oil return pipe is part of the dipstick and that shoves into the sump and there didnt seem to be anything in that. it was just in the rubber pipe going from the turbo to that. going to whip the sump off and see if theres anything in there it was only running for 10 seconds max. no drop in oil pressure so it should be ok. i was just hoping to get it running mapped and motd and then get the turbo rebuilt as it didnt seem that bad just a trace of oil in the compressor housing and a tiny bit of play. not a clue what it is really it cant of come from the engine. its like the inside of the turbo has rotted away
