small update, part of the cockpit finished
again used my weathering techniques
pre seat fitment
seats fitted
just waiting on some bits to dry then the cockpit will be finished tomorrow

tonight i have finished the landing gear/bomb bay and rested in place, tomorrow th cockpit goes in and the fuselage goes together
Here it is featuring a Red Beard Nuclear Bomb

A bit of geek here for you but as the only TSR2 a/c that were made were prototype/development ones, the wiring looms were all orange so a few orange lines and orange units in the av bays would look

quite a big update this evening, got a lot of the exterior assembled, and glossed, the quality of this airfix kit is fantastic
Painted bolt hole details on some panels

Last update for today.
Cockpit canopies painted up, windows are a clear colour i made up, the real windows are this colour and gold coated to reflect the flash to protect the pilots when they dropped a nuclear bomb from the plane.

All done, really liking this model and the quality of it, and its huge! Heres some pics
