The Maze Runner - 6/10

I haven't read the book so can only base my score on the film, but it didn't seem very well planned out. The idea of having to "run" the maze and get out was a good idea but why they were there and everyone else feeling dejected whilst Thomas was asking questions and wanting to leave wasn't explained very well. Running in to the maze and always turning back was a strange one too, especially as they said the maze would change. I'm not overly convinced by the eventual explanation for them being there either as given Gally's attitude there would have been nothing to study as he was content being there. I may give the book a go to see if it comes across any better.

Yeah I know its a series, it still didn't flow well for the first half of the film. I'll check out the book.
