As you've all aready said, the dbilas thing replaces the whole manifold, top and bottom - it also comes with a chip that they remap there - it may come with cams, but I don't think it does - blackula did not have cams, or a different exhaust system.
the 20-25 bhp increases with the 1.4's I believe some are only the top part! not bottom end of manifold and most arn't with chip, or remapped.
Thus if you get a 1.4 new inlet manifold and chipped it, and mapped it - it'd probably be quite high too.
1.2 16v is 75 bhp to start with, so 105 = 30 bhp increase. Say 23ish bhp with the full manifold replacement (top + bottom) and 6 bhp with the chip remapped. 1 bhp from filter

Dbilas manifolds come with the manifold, chip and fitting kit usually,
Dbilas do do cams, but not as part of the i/manifold kit...
