I´ve never seen one original one like this... It´s easy as heel to build one of this... I took a original one, that covered with plastic, the parts i wanted do change...
easy, but no cheap....

that cannot be good. standard compresssion and no intercooler, big turbo holding 10psi for 230hp

It´s Ok because of the fuel... we use alcohol , thai is much cooler than gasoline, thats why I don´t need a intercooler...

how long does an engine last running on vodka?

Do you have to change much to get it to run with this type of fuel?

Not much.... Only Fuel Pump, and injectors... this fuel also lower a litle bit of compression.... thats why it does not blows!

Looks wise its spot on, but

I hate to be the one to say it but a 1.6 8v running normal compression ratio with no intercooler running at 230bhp on vodka? wtf? i smell somethign.

I can prove it... we´ve tested into the dynomometer, and the results were..
187 HP on the whells
233 HP on Engine

We only use intercooler in Brazil, for cars with mor than 300hp...

The fuel Helps a lot...

I wish you have alcohol in Europe someday.

i´t gives you at least 10% more power...

plenty of room. even a small well placed one would work wonders in bringing inlet temps down. toyota supra one would be ideal
