Scrambled eggs was quite a good one, had me thinking for a bit, most of the others I've heard before so its more a case of good memory than puzzle solving.

Three men go for a meal and their bill comes to £30 collectively, each paid ten pounds (3x10=30), the waiter takes the £30 to put in the till, the owner of the restaurant tells the waiter he's overcharged them by £5 and their bill was £25 collectively and told the waiter to take the £5 back - he does so, although he pockets £2, he then goes and gives each man £1 each. THis means that each man paid £9 for their meal, which totals £27, plus the £2 the waiter stole, this equals £29 - where did the other £1 go?
