The R32 aint as fast as people think Ditch, when I eventually slowed down and let him pull alond side at a junction he couldnt believe he was beaten by a corsa, I told him it was just a 1.6 but he was having none of it lol I eventually owned up

Vtecs are ace, i personally would never want one unless it was in the back of an NSX but ive been in mykes coupe and its just so funny as in your head u hear it rev, and wait for a change, and it keeps going and going and going and going and going

yep reliable and people thought the readings were low compared to power engineering.

mines had full rebuild, mainly bottom end work, no head work at all,

the torque is what helps, 17's grip like a bitch

"3 of us put our cars to the test a while back, to settle an ongoing dispute which we always got into when out drinking.....i.e. VR6 v WRX v Leon Cupra R. I didn't really care either way as I was 20 bhp short on Leon boy and 50 short of Scooby boy, but they were fiercely competetive with eachother, being both turbo'd!

So anyway, all 3 lined up side by side on a local air strip.....

Scoob ahead of VR and Leon by one car length and stays that way to then end. 4WD doesn't automatically guarantee a win off the line.... it's also about driver skill, gearing, aerodynamics and weight. Only 1 car length between us surprised us as WRXs are supposed to be 5.5 to 60mph?? They don't feel that fast, I can tell you that much...."

Beat a WRX once- was doing 70mph and he came flying up behind me- dropped into third and left him behind until he caught up at the next roundabout.

in all honesty, the vr6 will be nice, and a good speed increase to the current corsa, but i think you'll get bored of it. i don't think you'd get bored as quickly in something like a 200sx.

me doing the xe, my bro has a 214si rover on an N plate only car he ever got beat by was a clio 172. and rovers are shit but weigh fuck all so are quick hence the big engine in a beer can weight car = fast also = people in waht they think are fast 25g= cars left in a trail of little corsa power haha. Its all about weight no other big engine car weighs as little as an Xe corsa i dont think.

But think about this Tvr Cerbera 1050kg with 500Bhp = Very fast
