ye i know 3 bolts is safe, but i know what the law is so i am guilty of it. im not asking people opinions on what they think of me, i jst wanted to know what others think i will get for it and if i have to attend court or not.

theres no point arguing with this lot. the only reason why my car was investigated and they noted every single fault (i mean what the fuck has a loose front bumper got to do with anything), was because they wanted me off the road for a long time. since jan i have been driving and have wondered why they have not been pulling me over. all the cops knew this summons was coming and it has now got to me and we all know i am getting banned. i only hope that when i come back to the roads the cops give me a chance to have learnt my lesson and ill make sure my car is fully legal

All you need is a letter head from work, explaining you need a car to travel from and too work..

basicly get a letter from your boss..

i got caught doin 118mph in a nova GTE. i was only banned for 28days..

You post on a public forum for comments and then when someone says something you don't like (Claire) you ask them who they are PMSL

As someone said earlier, you were a danger to yourself and more importantly other road users. IMO you should be banned for a good 5 years

You'll probably be let off lightly though with a fine and maybe a year's ban. The justice system in this country is too soft on people like you

I was pulled over last yr 4 careless driving, the police wer tryin 2 say i was racing another car (i was but i could prove they couldnt see from where they wer)
& a punto cut me up on a round about forcing me 2mount it once, the police then said id mounted it 3 times (i hadnt, as i was only doin only 30mph max)anyway long story short, i attended court about 4times none of these times the police attended, so by the time the trial thing came around the police got the date wrong and the magistrates said id waited for nearly a yr so they thort it had gone on long enough so they dropped all charges...i also had i bald tyre n a faulty wire in my rear light. lucky i got off coz they wanted me banned aswel. so good luck with woteva happens mate, u obviously learned ur lesson.
