Did I? Poor Corsa didnt last long enough for me to even remember driving it, except the two occasions i "modded" it, one being ripping the neon out on Riverside, and the other being the crash.
No doubt the accounts been inactive for that long that its disappeared.
Find me an engine god damnit!!

Can i just clarify it CAME with the neon, it was nothing to do with me!
But I'm safe with my standardish Black Sport, Got it currently on my Speedlines, but i have a set of Irmscher rims that came on it (15s) that i'm at a loss for what to do with. I don't like the look of them to be honest.

My clio is litterally about to die, with 135k miles on it, it wasnt going to last much longer, and seeing as my MOT ran out this week and it needs various bits to get it through a test, i saw the logical thing to do..
Which was find something as a runabout, until my birthday when my parents planned to buy me something.Nice of them i thought.I planned to go to the auction and spend about £400 on something cheap and cheerful to run about in, and then replace after winter.
But,the corsa just happened to come up, and when i bought my 1st corsa i had my heart set on a black 1.4, and here it is! Seeing as it was failry cheap, and a 96 P, i figured it better to buy this, than have a older runaround that could quite possibly break constantly and be back in the situation i'm in with the Clio.
The engine isnt totally screwed, its been stood since december,when it was bought from an auction, so as you can imagine all the oil has settled and its well, not to be horrible, but sounding like a diesel..not good.
I've oil changed it twice, and its currently got Castrol GTX in it, so i'm going to run it for a week or two on this and see if theres a reduction in noise, obviously all the valves and tappets etc have all dried out so i'm hoping a bit of lubrication will sort it.
It could possibly be that it needs a new oil pump, but until i can tax it on friday and run it,I'm not going to know. I;ve had it down to my local friendly family mechanic (god the wonders of having a family that work in the motor trade) and he said I'd probably be better looking to chuck an entire engine in, because lets face it, they're not going to break the bank, that mess about replacing bits and pieces on this one, which potentially could cost me more in the long run than a new engine.
It just happened to be an Irish import, as far as i know it is anyway, and i didnt have a problem with this, nor did my insurance company, so its all good 
Meets at Cheshire Oaks, Not that i know of, As far as I'm aware the security up there is a bit tight at nights, so no one can really get on/off, as they were closing the barriers last time i was up. It has to be said though, silly little local meets don't really interest me, and i can't remember the last "Cruz" I attended...pureply because they're now crap.

Agreed on cruises, i think the last "meet" i went to that was even good was one of the huge riverside meets before the addition of barriers.
