what was the rev limit broster?
very very good results. tourque figure is impressive, mine is now running 169ish bhp with 115lbft. obviously the cams play a big part.
P.s. ive started stripping the car.............you right, it does get addictive

once you start you cant stop, im very pleased with the torque result, graph is nice and smooth, still more mapping to be done so im told lol!
my rev limit is still 8500 lol

leccy pump stops the resistance from the standard water pump, with a high rev limit its meant to give more power..... not that hard to do really.... looking into it now, just waiting for someone else to do i first on mig lol

there is a little lump in the torque curve that shows why it needs more mapping, and this pushed the torque figure up.

he has 300degree cams i think, and a hell of a lot more money thrown into it to make it reliable. lol
i have standard pistons with 2mm pockets cut in them all balanced up, the only expencive parts to my actual engine is my head really, cost a fair wack, and i have 288 cams.

150bhp is best obtained by bolting a basic set of tbs and management to the engine

Swindon Race engine's 1.6 produce 240bhp.....out of 1.6.
