hell yeah! insurance, licences are there for a reason, not just for a laugh. you deserved for alot worse to happen and to be fair, your car, your fault, you should pay. could have killed someone, didnt see a manky big wall, what chance did you have of seeing a person?

Cant believe you trusted an underage girl in your car. What were you thinking man. I dont dare trust he girls that have even passed their test.
On another note, my brothers friend was involved in a crash in which him and 3 other people were in a friends car, they crashed and the car they were in rolled 2 times and landed on the roof in a field. None of them were wearing seatbelt, yet each one of them walked away with minor injuries.
No conselation, just weird how things happen.

Makes me want become a traffic cop and hide out in big open spaces where some goon let a 'barely legal' drive his car into a wall that come out of nowhere and take a picture of his face squashed against the windscreen then posting it on a forum where 100% of the users think he is a giraffes bellend.

I think it was a combination of: young girl with a mincing 17yr old, ear stud shining in the mirror putting her off, shite car, crap music, wonky steelies with no tread, constant jibba jabba about "IMO Rubstrips THB IMO Needs steelies" and a 2ft high 'wall'.

Go out and try it yourself. Sit in the passenger seat, get someone to do what was effectively an emergency stop from 10mph with the car then jerking because the clutch wasn't pushed down and of course without a seatbelt.
