what cars that?
Corsa A, 16XE on throttle bodies etc. It may be a higher top speed than that as i sat on the arse of an E46 M3 on the autobahn and he couldn't go any faster when i crawled passed him (possibly hit his speed limiter) or maybe he just bottled it

At 7200 its 145.9mph. When i raced the M3 it may have achieved a higher rpm?? i was too busy watching the road

You can use this site http://slindborg.host.sk/topspeed/index.php to give an approximation of top speed, bare in mind this is theoretical and would require a massive road (or autobahn ) to achieve it.

it came up with this which is scarily accurate:
Predicted Top Speed 140.54 MPH
BHP needed at the wheels to achieve Desired Top Speed 177.94 BHP
I have 177.6 bhp

Ace
For mine it calculates 156.78mph, which would explain the crawling passed the M3

Why would it need to? its an approximation of the theoretical tops speed. at those speeds the weight of the car is negligable, drag due to air resistance is the limiting factor.

so a tank with 228bhp is gonna do the same top speed as mine? if it has the same gearbox etc?
