I dont think its going to be the icv,im gonna suggest getting a new coil pack for it from either vauxhall or a second hand one from a scrap yard.Being as youve had new plugs,leads etc. ok

There is a significant chance that you have forgotten to start the car.
1. Make sure car is in neutral (the thing sticking up between the front seats will be more wobbly than usual).
2. Insert key (the black lump with the silver bit that you carry around with you) into ignition (the hole on the side of the steering column).
3. Turn key forwards until the dash board lights up with pretty colours
4. Turn it further still until you hear a noise coming from the engine bay. This is the car starting
5. Let go of key once the engine is running.
