I'm sure you'll understand the need to rest some of the bigger players due to the fact we're still competing in all 4 cups

You can't play more than 11 outfield players also.

Indeed. Regardless of his opinion of the game, I would be furious if I was an Arsenal fan. I would still expect to see a full squad in a derby game
