They have only turned down offers. If he has the buyout clause in his contract as has been rumoured then they cant stop him moving to any club.

He cant buyout his contract and move to us though, can only go abroad so that isnt an option.

I dunno, I have no idea if he has a buyout clause or not in his contract. The media picked up on it, and have been fairly good in the past at bringin these out into the public eye (Bellamy, Owen, Martins, Barton, etc.)

It revolves around a signed letter from Gill to his agent saying he can leave if a club offers £6.8m or around that. So now we have they are saying he should legally be allowed to leave.
