Work your way through the karma sutra, combining heavy cardio with a bit of weights for some of the positions

ive done an hour in the gym, half running and half cycling steep uphill like a mad woman so im not moving now

its jst a number i want to achieve, a target before i go away and put 4lbs on lol ive worked my ass off for 4 months, shudda worked abit harder to get my 4st award but then i only decided to book a holiday 2 weeks ago

thanks for input, but ill carry on eating healthy and will just exercise alot more this week!

Targer weight by xmas, fingers crossed. Ill post all pics up then, i was looking at photos earlier and im felt physically sick at how fat i was

After all that i went away and put on half a stone

But drank alot and ate alot, had a good time doing it so now im back in rabbit/exercise mode!

lipo-suction (sp) would have done the trick. will sort you out the half a stone aswell

Surpirsed nobody has joked about the amount of exercise you must get from pushing your Skoda around everytime it breaks down!

Since VAG have taken over production of skodas they are very affordable and reliable, and made from VAG bits so will be as reliable as audi's and volkswagens

I must be on a constant diet on only have one meal a day and fruit for snacks lol. Just dont feel like eating any more.

spechial K diet - 1 bowl breakfast - 1 lunch time - then a normal T

it worked for me and i dident even know it was a diet, just liked special k

I know how good they are... I drive a Fabia.

That's what surpised me though, the fact that nobody had mentioned it cos i hear it all the time!
