Cheers for the comments, the new wheels are going to plan at the minute, few more measurements and enquiries and should should be sorted.

Not going to make PVS, but thinking about Billing if I can make it, so might see some of you's there .

Love that are you keeping it simple or are you going track style and lightweight?

Naa, just keeping it is original as I can, I like it as it is, just lowering and wheels for now. Too good to be molested into a track car.

Doing a bit of working out to see what my arches will actually allow with regards to wheels, as I didn't want to make the mistake of the previous wheels. Speedlines wouldn't fit with 195/45 tyres on, but will just about fit without tyres with few mm of clearance and no more.

And no the Speedlines aren't going on.

Phone pics, sorry there awful.

Cheers Donner17, but I really woundn't go that far, could name a good few Nova's that would show this up regardless of how clean it is.

Few things arriving, taking a while to gather up few bits and pieces, but eventually found a brand new GM rear bumper to match the new front.

Still cleaning the bay, still got the rubbers and plastics to clean, but once the filter is on should look good once built back up.

Put a pinstripe on the side, I kinda like it now, but i'll see when the wheels are on and its sitting on the ground.

Got some new plates, these could be getting changed to unbanded ones or standard perspex ones.

Picked up these tyres yesterday, took a while to source them but got there in the end. Soooo small, only 21" high, smaller than the 13's on atm. There Federal Formonza FD1 165/45/15.

Just got to get my wheels ordered this week, want it finished by end of july at the latest.

ParcelForce dropped off these bad boys

Poorboys Natural Look Dressing
Clearkote Vanilla Moose Wax Hand Glaze
Foam Wax Applicator's
Chemical Guys - Synthetic Quick Detailer
Chemical Guys - New Look Trim Gel
Sonus Glyde Detailing Clay Lubricant
Chemical Guys - Jet Seal 109
Huge 38" x 28" Microfibre Drying Towel

Not cheap for all of that, already got some autoglm SRP and Zymol wax, but that should see me sorted for the polishing end of things. Got it all from Cleanyourcar.co.uk, can't recommend them enough, always order from them and the service is second to none.

Anyone used the Clearkote Vanilla Moose before, its very watery, havn't used it yet but seems very watery compared to any other polish i've used, does this seem right?

Update:

All polished up,

Clay bar'd
3x Autoglym SRP
3x Clearkote
3x Jetseal
3x Zymol Carbon Wax

Excessive I know, was bored and its easy once its clean and dry. Reflection shots, not much room to move in the garage so hard to get a decent photo.

New air box on, plugs changed, still need to do an oil change but should get that done this week some time.

Got a radio sorted for it, didn't fancy a flashy cd player so used the standard vaux cd player. I think it works well, nothing too in your face and still get to play cd's.

Bumpers ready to go on tomorrow night.
