Is this easy to fit?

Can someone explain the basics of it to me as to how it improves handling?

If it's deemed worth it, I get paid on Wednesday and will be an extra name on the list.

there are pics higher up in this post which show the fitted unit, they make the rear end more rigid and so keep more of the wheel surface touching the road when cornering, i have a front 1 fitted and made a BIG difference, go add your name

hi all, very interested in this peice of kit! so what piece of handling does it help most? i struggle slightly with understeer! sometimes! or do i need a decent front ARB, or strut brace? cheers

ok cool, im v interested. just a few questions though..... is this gonna help with slight understeer? ive heard they make driving in the wet.... scary!! they obviously stiffen up the back well but what does this do to the front?
