hitting my leg against a solid metal climbing frame, years ago OMG the agony! was on floor almost, no broken leg though 
recently, last year during my final year at uni i was in alot of neck pain /whiplash my neck locked up, couldn't move it hardly at all, the day to day pain of that, sent me insane, felt dizzy, tired, etc, went to hosiptal no joy there, went to doctors no joy there either
had to go private in the end to chriopractor £400 later all is well, all the doctors would do was refer me to a pain clinic! to cope JOKE!

4 years ago this december just gone i was playing rugby, got dumped tackled and bundled resulting in - Broke Collar bone, broke arm in 2 places, fractured 2 vertabrae in the top of my neck, ripped the muscles in my shoulder and ripped most nerves so now have very little feeling in that arm. Was on morphine for about a week after it happened. Probably the most painful thing i've been through.
Still taking prescribed drugs every day now to stop it hurting as much

yeah that wasn't a fun christmas for me, but its cool. I'm having a spinal injection in a few months (on the waiting list) which is some kinda steroid that works as a painkiller so not popping pills every day.
And no wasnt a bus, just multiple people

Not had many, but worst was when i was drunk, put the whole of my hand on a hot stove, all of the bottom of my hand was blistered, i even heard it sizzle when it happened, fuck it was sore.
When I was 2 i fell of a table and bit through my tounge and lip, it was probably sore

For me its either braking 5 ribs and puncturing one lung.
Was on my back for months
Or when i broke my jaw and snapped my collar bone.
Didnt hurt straight away but did when i woke up after being knocked out for about 15 seconds
Both injury's sustains when i used to do downhill mountain biking

I tripped over running up my stairs as i landed on my knees a nail sticking through the floorboard went through my left kneecap pinnig me to the floor.

Shattered my knuckle in my right hand hitting a punch bag.
Broke my metatarsal and toe playing football.
Had a operation last year in my back that required both of my lungs to be collapsed, felt like I'd been in a train wreck

breaking my thumb, punched someone and the bent it right back until it snapped, nearly cutting the end of my finger off with a razor blade when i was younger, also cutting my knuckle open with a saw, didnt bleed though but could see bones lol

got bit by a dog twice both times trying to break a fight between 2 dogs up stupid me
first time nearly lost my fingers and it hurt that much i was sick and couldnt even stand up my legs were weak
2nd time bit straight into my inner thigh that was quite a weird feeling as it was puncture wounds rather than tears like the first time
both have scarred really bad
oh and an ectopic pregnancy and nearly died that hurt
and giving birth stings a little too

im not sure what the most painful thing is...Having teeth out is painful enough for me, i have a real fobia of being hurt etc... makes me panic if i know im going to get hurt, like going ice skating !  ahhh

actually i remember at school when i was in technology and using one of them machine things that sands wood..caught my finger! didnt hurt straight away but omg 5 seconds later i screamed!
