Seen a nice corsa c, just a 1.4.
But keeping my car too, either fix it and sell it, or split it, depends on damage to the steering / chassis at the moment

You would usually need a conviction to prove the first two, the third wouldn't excuse entering his path, the fourth would only be a problem if this contributed to negligence and the fifth, I've no idea.

There will be another Mark, the bumpers arrived today
I'll be the owner of this at 6pm
seller accepted my offer...
Willay - Seriously drop the childish act.
The crash was completely the saxo's fault, I was already on the roundabout, and the driver didn't stop at the junction.

i was sent to a police driving course and they said if someone indicates left but carries straight on and someone pulls out infront of them its the person leaving the junctions fault

I would of thought as your already on a roundabout, if you hit someone as you enter it its obviously your fault as you should have taken care to who's on the roundabout.

Agreed, either way if the guy said its his fault and the police were there, cant see him having much of a come back cause they would of taken a statement?

If he's admitted fault at the scene that usually does the trick.
