Well most people want to go where the money is which is Sales/Trading or Investment Banking which is where the majority of top 5 uni grads want to go.

You dont have to go for the likes of JP, ML, Bar Cap etc if you wan't to make it big. Theres plenty of firms out there which will hire young minds to contribute to blackbox/greybox trading.
