I think Kazakhstan played well and deserved a goal or 2.
Not sure its fair to start booing Ashley during the game. Rio was just as at fault, he was not looking at the ball.
But the 3 points is all that matters

Rio wasn't at fault for it at all, if cole wasn't trying to be clever and loft it over the attacking player and back to the keeper
I found myself cheering two teams in that game, wanted Kazakhstan to get a point after ashely coles mistake to make it even worse, but cheered everytime a united player scored

Abidal, Clichy, Evra, Grosso, Marcelo, Gilberto, Kleber, Maldini, Ibarra, Aurelio, Riise, Heinze, Sorin, Ivan Cordoba (now centre back with age), Roberto Carlos even now, Zambrotta in his second choice position. And most of them score aswell.
