yes i got it direct from o2, i'm thinking to downgrade because theres no way i use that many minutes, return it..

what do u think of the c905 so far icy? ie all the additional apps, gps/wifi/video etc

Just seen the free bolt on you can choose and amongst the unlimited text, unlimited o2 to o2 calls, unlimited web etc. it lists unlimited wi-fi.
i thought this was free and limitless anyway?

i think its to do with BT wifi hot spots, thus u need a logon key to access maybe?

which is why i have been thinking why would any1 choose wifi over free web? lol bit of a no brainer

Yeah it's access to the cloud wifi network, pretty sure you can join seperately though

N82 is still a good all round phone though. Just doesn't get enough public attention

Played the x1 in store other day. Love it! I'd rather get that but not sure if camera is any better?

im pretty sure the only let down is the camera, 3.2 mp, no flash hardly any tweaks...i played with the X1, its basically a laptop, messaging and calling is a hassle, no hotkey for them, have to go thru start menu etc etc

i might swap my c905 for the renoir, maybe the samsung pixon, id like the x1 but the camera is a let down

Gf's now on her third bronze C905 within 4 weeks of taking out her contract

Same problem, after same period of time (2 weeks)

I work for a certain company and would advise against getting these phones untill a few software/hardware versions time.

Speaker and display problems we are running a 90% return rate

N82 is an excellent phone, its just a different shaped N95 8GB without 8GB mem but with a xenon flash

Yep, mines already been for a new speaker and seems like the new oone is on its way out only a few weeks later, and thats without using full volume !!, the silver on the edges wears off and chips off, they should have justt left it solid black cos it looks a tit.

Mines been fine for a month. Took it back cause a stiff button got annoyin the c clear button had to be pushed down really hard to work. Speaker seemed fine and updated software thru the update menu ok.

Well, this one lasted a bit longer.
She had it for 3 weeks before it broke

This is her third one.

Now the Carphone Warehouse are refusing to replace the C905 because its out of the months guarantee

They said it can be sent off for repair - but if she wants a loan phone she will have to leave a £50 deposit (which she dont have)
Or she can have a replacement handset Nokia 6500 slide, U600 or G600

Paying £40 a month, no insurance

Anything she can do at all? Any help?

my brother has got this fone he has sent 2 back with broken ear peices and just got his new 1 less than 2 weeks old and the down button is really hard to press so this 1 is goin back soon
