if you get suspension geometry good and the weight to as near 50/50 as possible it in theory should be fine.

Depends on how its built mate, i have driven a few rear engine bike powered cars on tracks and they handle well.

i know a lad who had rwd nova and said it was pretty scary cos front felt so light!
i toyed with idea of making van rear engined until i spoke to hime and just imagine all the work of doing conversion then driving it down the road to find it handles worse then before!
i would be gutted! who point should be to improve the car!
tought on,
but on engine wise, z20lets are great, i love them! choose z20 over c20 anyday!
calbe shift gears etc! lovely!

funny this topic has come up i was out in a 3ltr v6 rear engined nova last night and it seemed to handle fine bar the locked diff so it did like to go sideways when i get up in the morning i will put some pictures up of it
