Scored yesterday

He has gone off the boil a bit, but if he can get back to some sort of form he has showed in the past then he can be a top player. Dont forget he has been playing for a relagation battling team.

I think he'd turn out to be another pennant tbh, we don't need to swap one out of form player for another. If we want rid of keane at the end of the season we should sell him and buy someone who's going to make a difference..... but right mid would be a good place after getting another striker.

The problem is I think the only way we wont lose stupid money is if either City come in for him or we cut a deal with Spurs.

So taking someone like Lennon + cash + wiping off the debt could well be worth the risk, even if Lennon only ever ends up being a squad player.

Keane fits into teams where he can take charge of the other 10 on the pitch and dominate the possession in his team, he'll have the ball, it will go around 2 or 3 players then he gets it back, he's good like that but Liverpool have too many players that are better than he is and for me he'd either have to adapt his game or move teams.

I think most people got it wrong considering less than 24hrs before Rafa and Keane both came out saying he wouldnt be leaving

Not really he was playing for a team that finished 5th 2 years running, and won a cup last season.

While he was there they were not "a relagation battling team"

Who else do they have?

King - Always injured
Woodgate - See above

They don't have many strong personalities at Spurs imo.

I wasn't laughing at him being made captain btw, it's quite sensible. I was laughing at how everyone has redknap labelled as this good 'man manager', tell that to bent
