Went to Bristol City to see Burnley win again. First half was poor, 2nd half we mullered them at times and Chris Eagles again was stupidly good. Looking bloody good for us, I think we could even snatch automatic promotion this season.
Their keeper 'Basso' is also the biggest cheating cunt I have ever seen. They should be embarrased - he cleared a pass back and our striker jumped to block it - he was honestly about 4 yards from the keeper, but the keeper flies to the floor holding his face etc. The ref didn't see it (Lino DID) yet he wasn't booked. Fucking cunt

He wasnt booked for the arm into Arbeloa's face, although he obviously did make contact with it. He was booked for going over the top of the ball (and not making contact with the ball BTW), which he had been warned for (and booked for) already in the first half.
And it wasnt like the ref was being one sided in those decisions, Keane did the exact same (although actually made contact with the ball) in the first half and got booked for it.

I think we would have won if you kept 11 men on the pitch as going a man down meant your defence and midfield sat deeper...

I think it was a red card to be honest. He is saying all strikers protect the ball like that which is bull shit, you use body strength but he went in with his foot above the ball, and if he had made contact if could have been a nasty challenge. That coupled with the arm too, I don't think he can have any complaints. Wegner is a prized twat IMO Surprised he even spotted that incident. Should leave at the end of the season, think he's gone stale now and isn't upto it any longer. They are way short of being a genuine title challenging outfit.

My views after the Arsenal v Liverpool game are:
Adebayor's red was a tad harsh, but shit happens.
We played better with 10 men.
Van Persies goal was straight from the Bergkamp school of finishing.
Liverpool won't win the league.

I am speechless!!!! Did they watch a different tackle. Then they try and have a dig at the ref for not being in control of his cards etc. He made a great decision, and a tough one too.

None of the "big 4" seem to be able to put a run together, seem to have drawn loads between this season.
Could be the lowest points total for a Winner since it began? Hopefully Villa will take advantage and sneak into a Champs League spot
